As a general contractor for turnkey projects or as an *** experienced consultant with another general contractor of your choice other than Conception Cama, we can assist you from the very beginning in all stages related to your construction projects, including all or only part of the following services:

Senior Estimator / Project Manager (Cama may also rent these services only)
Review and negotiations of leases
Review and negotiations of real estate purchases or other
Qualification and validation of the different companies and subcontractors potentially involved in the projects. These could include Architects, designers, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers or others.
Qualification and validation of the different proposals
Selection of different companies and subcontractors to involve in the projects. The selection would be based on technical capabilities and not simply based on price
Structured and informed negotiations
Study and revisions of plans and specifications in collaboration with professionals involved in the project including architects, designers, engineers and others
